During their visit to your home, our estimator will inspect your current roof and provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the full scope of work via email.
What warranties do you provide for our new roof?
We use high-quality roofing materials from the most trusted manufacturers in the industry. Each manufacturer offers specific product warranties to ensure maximum protection for your home. In addition, we back our work with our own labor warranty of up to 10 years.
Do you provide a temporary roof leak solution until the new roof is installed?
As a courtesy to our customers, we will provide temporary leak protection on your existing roof at no additional cost. This service will help safeguard your home from potential water intrusion and give you peace of mind until our roofing professionals install your new roof.
How long will the project take?
Once we receive your signed proposal, we will provide you with an estimated start date for your project. Please note that this date is approximate and may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or scheduling adjustments. Once the project begins, we will give you a more accurate timeline. Roof replacement projects typically take about 2-3 days to complete, while other exterior work may take anywhere from 2-7 days, depending on the scope and complexity of the job.
How will additional charges be handled?
Our onsite manager or office staff will stay in communication with you throughout the project to keep you updated on any changes to the original proposal. If modifications are needed, we will provide a written or verbal explanation detailing the changes, associated costs, and a request for your approval. Once your approval is received, any additional charges will be added to the final invoice.
